Why A Second Bowl?
Because as most KitchenAid owners can attest too how many times you have to stop and scrap the bottom of a large bowl when mixing smaller recipes. While the bowl which comes with the mixer is fantastic for many recipes the bowl is abit too large smaller recipes. When the bowl is too large the ingredients do not mix as consistently as intended and a smaller bowl greatly improves the mixing of all ingredients with less work for you.
